Inevitably, given the present economic circumstances, there will be debtors who simply can't pay and no end of written or telephone requests will bring in the cash.

At this stage the time involved in chasing the money seems to increase in inverse proportion to the likelihood of getting any cash from the debtor.

Active management of the situation will increase the chances of releasing some or all of the amount owed. Of course, the time required to actively manage such debtors is not necessarily a resource that business owners want to invest.

For a flat fee of £50 and a modest share of amounts recovered we will:

• Discuss the various options open to our client
• Assist in devising a strategy for the debtor
• Send an initial solicitor's letter
• Put that strategy into practice, liaising with Business Recovery Companies, Solicitors, Debt Collectors and Bailiffs right through to the end of the process
